What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form:

• Your first name, mobile number and, if you add it, your email address.
• Your ZIP code and the details of the clean (service, size, how often, timing).
• Any note you add, such as pets or a gate code.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages they view and whether a quote request was sent. It uses cookies and collects data such as your browser, device and approximate location. We never send your name, phone number, email or notes to Google Analytics. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on.

How we use it

• To prepare your quote and contact you about it by text, call or email, using the method you choose.
• To schedule and look after the cleans you book with us.
• To prevent spam and abuse of the quote form.

Texts and calls

By submitting, you agree to receive calls or texts about your quote. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

We only text or call about your quote and your bookings. Reply STOP at any time and we won't text you again.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, such as our website host and our email provider, and only so they can do that job for us. We may also share it if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to follow up and serve you, and then delete them.
