Terms of Service

Services and quotes

We clean homes, short-term rentals, move-in and move-out homes, spaces after construction, and offices in Broward County, Florida. The estimate you see on this site comes from our published prices for your size and service. It is an estimate, not a booking.

Your final price

Before we book, we confirm a flat price with you by text, call or email, based on the size and condition of the space and any add-ons. Once you accept it, that price doesn't change for that visit. If the space is very different from what was described, we talk with you before starting any extra work.

Scheduling and cancellations

Let us know at least 48 hours before your visit to reschedule or cancel at no charge.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice carry a $50 fee.

Access to your home

You don't need to be home. Give us a key, a lockbox or a door code, and tell us about alarms or gates. If we can't get in at the booked time, we'll contact you to reschedule.

Pets

Pets are welcome. Tell us about them when you book, and keep any pet that is nervous around visitors in a separate room while we clean.

Damage

We take care in every home. If something is damaged during a clean, tell us within 48 hours with a photo, and we'll work with you to make it right.

The Coastal Gleam Promise

Payment

We accept Card, Zelle or cash, after the clean is done. Recurring plans can be billed automatically.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
